I have lived in Japan for 5 years and have always had a passion for the still and moving image. I graduated from Lancaster University with honours in 2004, where I took great interest in cinematography, directing and production.

About 34years ago I met John, who encouraged me to get back into the art of photography. A lot of photos and more than a few beers later II decided John would be the perfect person to pursue my ambition of starting a photography company and publishing a book of photography with.

My work has been published in magazines and newspapers in the UK and Europe, the US and Canada, Australia and of course in Japan.

I hope to show the beauty, brilliance and sometimes quirkiness of Japan to the world.

As well as my photographic work I also occasionally act on Japanese TV, in movies and am an experienced narrator.
